Update azureauth version number in suppression file and also update README&CHANGLOG files #414

This PR is to update the README and CHANGLOG files. Also updated the suppression file to make it keep up with the latest AzureAuth version, otherwise it would cause release pipeline to fail

i set the new version to be 0.9.0 since this time we have some substantial new functionality or improvements are introduced within the private code, based on https://semver.org/. Want to hear your thought about this, should it be 0.8.7 or 0.9.0
